NTPC Scholarship Scheme for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Physically Challenged Students

NTPC Limited, a premier Public Sector Enterprise in Power Sector invites application for 05 scholarship under NTPC Scholarship Scheme for Schedule Caste/Scheduled Tribe students pursuing full time Course in Engineering in the discipline of Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil and Telecommunications in any of the institutes recognized by the Government.

This Scholarship is for the Academic Year 2012-2013. Candidates in 2nd year of Diploma in Session 2012-2013 are only eligible to apply.

The scholarship is payable from the Second Year of Study. The rate of scholarship is Rs 1000/- per month for all the 12 months of the year from the entire period of the course except for the first year. The applicant should not be in receipt of any other scholarship/financial aid/stipend from any other source whatsoever. The other terms and conditions shall be regulated as per the NTPC Scholarship Scheme.

Note: Applicants can get the format of application form in Employment News 8-14 December, 2012. The applicant should be accompanied by attested copy of Caste Certificate, Proof of Date of Birth, Academic Qualification and Mark Sheets of Examinations passed.
