Recruitment of Probationary Officers Project 2012 in Bank of Baroda

Age Limit: 21-30 years
Educational Qualification:  A Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University in India or any equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government.

IBPS Score: Candidates should be qualified in the Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS Score for Probationary Officers/Management Trainees and should be holding a score card issued by IBPS in September/November 2011 with a minimum score of 125 for General/OBC Category and 105 for SC/ST Category out of a total score of 250.

Pay Scale:Rs 14500-600x7/18700-700x2/20100-800x7/25700.
Emoluments: At Present, initial monthly emoluments of Junior Management Grade Scale I Officers, including DA, HRA and CCA are approximately Rs 24450/- in a Metropolitan Centre. Allowances may vary depending upon the place of posting. In addition, Quarters Facility for Officers, Conveyance, Medical Aid, LTC and retirement benefits are admissible in force from time to time.

Probation Period: The selected candidate willbe on probation for a period of 12 monhts of active service rom the date of his/her joining the Bank. There is no mandatory provision of executing a Service Bond by selected candidates.

Qualification: 1. Candidates should be at least 12th Standard pass or equivalent qualification with minimum of aggregate 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST/PWD/XS)
2. A degree from a recognised University.

Age Limit: 18-28 years

Emoluments: The total starting emoluments of a Clerical Cadre employee payable at Metro like Mumbai will be aroudn of Rs 14,177/- per month for Graduates inclusive of D.A and other allowances at the current rates. Allowances may vary depending upon the place of Posting.

3. Fill the application carefully. In the event of the candidate not able to fill the date in one go, he can save the data already entered. When the data already entered. When the data is saved, registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the registration number and password. Email and SMS indicating the Registration number and Password will be sent. They can reopen the saved data saved using registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed. No changes/edit will eb allowed thereafter. The registration at this stage is provisional.
