Age Limit: Normal Age Limit is 25 years as on February 01, 2012 is further relaxable to the extent of number of years of service n Armed Forces+3 years subject to maximum upper age limit of 45 years. In case of dispute regarding age, the date of birth as recorded in teh school leaving certificate shall be final.

Experience: Ex-Servicemen with proper military background who have been actually in military service. The candidates should have experience of handling arms and ammunition in the military.

Qualification: Minimum 10th standard pass. Maximum under graduate. Ex-service Man having passed Army Special Certificate of Education will be deemed to be Matriculate. The captioned qualification must have been entered in Soldier"s Discharge Book and supported by the necessary certificate.
